YW Advice - Bishop's Interviews0
Q: I really struggle with the annual Bishop's interviews because they are a huge challenge. Our bishop and executive secretary really struggle with scheduling them. Either they don't remember - or they can never get a hold of the girls. Sometimes girls with March birthdays aren't interviewed until the fall. I find myself reminding the Bishopric constantly of who just had a birthday. It seems like this isn't how it should be but maybe my situation isn't too unique. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Well, dear questioner, I can for sure say that your situation isn't unique. In all my time in Young Womens, I have never seen regular interviews scheduled. It just seems to be one of those things that's easy to let slip through when there are oh so many more meetings to deal with.
