In honor of the Boy Scouts of America's 100th anniversary, America's Freedom Festival at Provo and Stadium of Fire will host a Centennial Eagle Court of Honor during its July 4 festivities.
"We're trying to make this the largest Eagle Court of Honor in Boy Scouts of America history," said Emory Cook, a festival spokesman. "We want as many Scouts as we can get."
Only 4 percent of Boy Scouts, or 2 million total, have received their Eagle award, the last of 11 ranks in the Scouting system.
