Packer said Elder Malcolm Seth Jeppsen was &quot;as near perfect of a man as I have ever known.&quot;&lt;p&gt;Elder Jeppsen, who served as a member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy from 1989 to 1994, died on Easter morning, April 8, 2012, in St. George, Utah.

Elder Harold G. Hillam, an emeritus General Authority and a former member of the Presidency of the Seventy, died March 27, 2012, at his home in Bountiful, Utah. He was 77.&lt;p&gt;

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sister Carol Rasumussen Hillam. They are the parents of seven children (Linda, Rodney, Bonnie, Glenn, Mark, Ryan and Jared) and have several grandchildren.&lt;/p&gt;
